NEW CLIENTS - To secure your first appointment to book nail treatments, I require a £10 non-refundable booking fee. This amount will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.  

CANCELLATIONS - If you need to cancel your appointment, I require notice, and a charge may be necessary. The cost will need to be paid prior to your next appointment. 

24 hours or less / same day cancellation = £20  

NO SHOWS - If you do not provide notice of a cancellation, you will need to pay 100% of your treatment.
