NEW CLIENTS - To secure your first appointment, I require a £10 non-refundable booking fee. This will then be deducted from your treatment cost on the day. 

CANCELLATIONS - I require notice if you need to cancel your appointment & a charge maybe necessary. The cost will need to be paid prior to your next appointment.

24 hours or less, £10

12 hours or less, 50% of cancelled treatment

NO SHOWS - If you do not give notice of a cancellation, 100% of your treatment will need to be paid
